Ahora estoy trabajando en el Plan de Identificación y Mitigación de Riesgos donde estoy utilizando una matriz con coeficientes de ponderación para cada riesgo con el fin de evaluarlos y priorizarlos por probabilidad y esfuerzo (en breve la subiré aquí).
Esta semana intentaré localizar los transformadores de alimentación para los APs de D-Link y comenzar las configuraciones.
En cuanto al material, esoy contento porque he conseguido algunas donaciones adicionales: un buen amigo mío, Raul Prieto ex-compañero de Accenture y con el que compartí un proyecto en Estambul ha tenido la gentileza de donar un router Wifi para poder montar una pequeña red inalámbrica en el interior del Ministerio de Telecomunicaciones y así poder ampliar la cobertura. Además me he encontrado con “almas caritativas” que han prometido donarme un par de portátiles.

We continue with the project, W4S2, and with the aim of not forgetting anything I have prepared a MindMap with XMind (for MacOsX freeware) where I have tried to reflect all the stages and elements to take into account for the project. Once we have this map, we will create a workflow of the activitiy and finally the full Gantt Map.
I am now working on the Identification and Mitigation Plan Risk where I am using a matrix with weights for each risk in order to assess and prioritize on probability and effort (up here soon).
This week, I will try to locate power transformers for APs from D-Link and starting configurations.
Regarding the material, I’am very happy because I got some additional gifts: a good friend of mine Raul Prieto, former Accenture partner and with whom I shared a project in Istanbul ,has been kind enough to donate a Wifi router in order to mount a small Wireless network inside the Ministry of Telecommunications and thus we will be able to extend coverage. In addition to this, I met with “good-souls” who have promised to give me a couple of laptops.
